Abstract

This research included a study of the personal life of Imam al-Hussein bin Muhammad al-Hanati al-Shafii (d. 495 AH) through the knowledge of his birth and upbringing, his sheikhs and students, and the sayings of scholars about him, his writings and his death; It also included a comparative jurisprudential study of the jurisprudential issues that Imam al-Hanati was exposed to in prayer and his views in it, and then a statement of the opinions of the four schools of thought on these issues and the selection of the most correct ones.
